Are you familiar with Spellbinders Glimmer Foil System? It’s amazing. You can read more about it here. Basically it’s a simple machine and metal plates that allow you to add foil to a variety of surfaces. Our EVO paper is an excellent surface for Glimmer Foil.
We created this beautiful card using our EVO paper and the Glimmer Foil System.
How we achieved this look.
- We painted an interesting pattern on EVO Synthetic Paper using green and gold alcohol inks.
2. Once dry we added gold foil using the Glimmer Foil System.
3. We removed the foil sheet to review the beautiful pattern below.
4. Next we trimmed the paper down to fit onto a card front. We trimmed a scallop edge along the border to match the foil design.
We love this look so much we are going to recreate this card in purple!
