Have you had a chance to try our EVO synthetic paper yet? We are LOVING this paper and are having so much fun creating with it. Check out these bleeding hearts we painted, each one so very different.
We created these hearts using a 11″ x 14″ sheet of our EVO Synthetic paper and various colors of red, pink, purple and metallic alcohol inks. In all cases the heart shape was painted onto the EVO paper first using rubbing alcohol / blending solution and then the various colors were dropped into the alcohol wash with a paint brush or with the ink directly – making a swirling and bleeding heart. Each heart is unique and a total experiment. When playing with alcohol ink you need to go with the flow… literally.
