Need to dress up a birthday package? We created these quick birthday gift tags with a few punches, Cherry Wood tape, Cherry wood paper and partnered with a matching wood motif patterned washi tape.
Supplies for the Cherry Wood Birthday tags: Cherry Wood tape, Cherry Wood paper, white card stock, pink card stock, pink wood grain washi tape, heart punch, hexagon punch, doily punch, tag punch, small circle scallop punch, Happy Birthday rub on transfer and adhesive.
Happy Birthday tag instructions:
1. Punch out tag from white card stock using a large tag punch.
2. Run two strips of Cherry Wood tape horizontally across the front of the tag, trim Cherry Wood tape edges flush with tag. See photo for placement.
3. Punch out three small hearts from a sheet of pink card stock.
4. Arrange three small hearts to the top piece of Cherry Wood tape and adhere in place. See photo for placement.
5. Rub on transfer a ‘Happy Birthday’ phrases to the bottom piece of Cherry Wood tape.
Doily Heart with washi tape tag instructions:
1. Punch out tag from white card stock using a large tag punch.
2. Run two strips of wood patterned washi tape horizontally across the front of the tag butting the top and bottom of the washi tape together. See photo for placement.
3. Punch out one doily shape from a sheet of white card stock. Adhere to tag front in the center of the wood patterned washi tape.
4. Punch out a hexagon shape from a sheet of Cherry wood paper. Adhere to the center of the white doily shape.
5. Punch out one small scallop circle shape from a sheet of white card stock. Adhere to the center of the Cherry Wood hexagon shape.
6. Punch out one small heart from a sheet of pink card stock. Adhere it to the center of the small white scallop circle.
